Overview
Annie Barnes serves firm clients as an in-house planner supporting private land use, zoning, and environmental projects and related entitlement applications. She has over a decade of diverse planning/zoning experience, ranging from small subdivisions to large-scale industrial projects.
Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Annie had over eight years of planning experience in the public sector, including as a planner for the City of Tampa, City of St. Cloud, Hillsborough County, City of Bradenton, and Hardee County, providing her with an intimate understanding of local regulations across the state.
