Overview

Hannah Murphy is a litigator who focuses her practice on privacy law, consumer protection, and elections.

  • Estate, Probate, and Trust Litigation (Undue Influence Claims, Fiduciary Duty Claims, Construction of Trusts and Wills for multimillion dollar trusts)

  • Privacy Law (HIPAA, CANSPAM, GDPR, TCPA, Florida’s Privacy Protection Act, etc.)

Prior to joining the Firm, Hannah clerked for the Honorable Mark Walker in the Northern District of Florida, where she worked on, among other things, multi-district litigation and high-profile election and First Amendment cases.  

Prior to law school, Hannah worked in political campaigns. She served as Data Director to a successful United States Senate campaign as well as a state party. She also held roles at various national political organizations working on state and federal election compliance, database administration, and communication strategy.
