Overview

Vincent Burnett serves as one of the firm’s in-house Real Estate Analysts and helps conduct in-depth research and analysis to support tax assessment challenges. He has over 30 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industries, including with financial analysis and property tax appeals. He has experience valuing various commercial properties, including retail centers, marinas, office buildings, self-storage facilities and multi-family units to support property tax appeals before Value Adjustment Boards.

Prior to joining the firm, Vincent served as a licensed real estate instructor at a non-profit corporation, where he conducted workshops, seminars, and webinars to help educate and guide mortgage and real estate professionals in Affordable Housing initiatives. He also worked in various roles (Real Estate Evaluator, Income Evaluation Specialist), as a local government assessor with the Miami-Dade County Property Appraisal Office achieving the designation of Certified Florida Evaluator (CFE) in Mass Appraisal.
