William D. Lawrence

William Lawrence’s practice focuses on the following areas:

• Commercial real estate finance transactions with an emphasis on representing borrowers in connection with construction loans, term loans and refinancings.
• Purchase and sale transactions representing both buyers and sellers of office, retail, industrial and vacant land/developable land projects.
• Office, retail, industrial and build-to-suit commercial leasing and subleasing, representing both landlords and tenants. As part of his leasing practice, William has experience advising publicly traded life-science tenants and national retail tenants.
• Negotiation of subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements on behalf of commercial tenants.

Prior to joining the firm, William worked as an associate at a law firm in Washington D.C. where his practice concentrated on real estate finance, commercial leasing, acquisition and sale.
